yesterday was good. I avoided chinese food. I had coffee and juice and water. today was gooddddddd!! I had a 10 oz. cup of coffee with nasty creamy sugar crap(but it’s terrible coffee) but that’s okay. a gallon of green tea, and now I shall have a gallon of water. and I SWEAR, I will do my leg press tonight on the bowflex. I promise.
NOTHING UNTIL SUNDAY.

today has gone okay so far. little water, some juice. I went on a 2+ mile bike ride!! it’s so hot outside. I was sweating. thank God. and I just had a tall caramel frapp. =/

starting over
last night I decided to restart my weight journey back to the body I had once before. I started a liquid fast last night, at 9:10 p.m. So far it’s gone great.
