I had a plate of fruits and veggies (cellery stalk, small tomato, half an apple, cucumber slices, banana slices) at about 4 this morning. 30 lunges. 30 leg-lifts. 60 arm curls. 100 sit-ups. decent morning. there’s snow, so I feel better. I can’t walk anymore because it’s so cold outside and there’s 2 inches of snow. but once I get a new job, I’ll get a gym membership....
